For years now I've had celiac disease and have to eat gluten free. At first I wasted money on foods that tasted like sand or cardboard. Yuck! Year after year I've been baking better gluten free foods and its been easier to find gluten free ingredients. I don't eat a lot of prepackaged foods but I can say the local grocery stores are carrying a lot of products I can now have. It was always a hike to get to Whole Foods because that was one of the only places I could shop. Today I have to give a shout out to Safeway on Kent Island, woot woot! I just left there with a ton of gluten free products that I've never even seen or heard of so that makes me super happy! Usually grocery shopping in the local stores I would come out being able to eat only about an 1/8 of what I was buying. If you're looking for gluten free products Centerville Acme is good and Safeway on Kent Island is even better!
