Make sure you check with the HOA about a resale package!  This package contains all the necessary info a buyer needs to make a decision about whether they are willing to abide by the regulations or not!  It also provides the financial info needed such as where to send due payments, if the lot is currently behind on their dues or assessments, and other information.

There is usually a cost associated and it may take a bit of time to get the package so plan ahead!
