Drippings for a roasted turkey 3/4 c. turkey or chicken broth 1/4 c. plus 1 tbsp. cornstarch 1/2 c. milk 1 tsp. chicken bouillion 1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning 1/8 to 1/4 tsp. pepper
Pour drippings intp a 2 c. measuring cup, skim and discard the fat. Add enough broth to the drippings to make 2 full cups. Transfer into a saucepan and slowly boil..
In a bowl whisk cornstarch into milk and gradually stir into the turkey drippings. Stir in the boullion and seasonings and return to a slow boil, stirring constantly for about 2 minutes.
