Bacon-enough said!
Water Chestnut and Bacon Wraps
1 can water chestnuts 1 lb. bacon
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cut bacon in half and wrap 1/2 a slice around a water chestnut and secure with a toothpick. Bake for 20 minutes.
Sauce:
1 small jar of peach preserves 1 c. ketchup 1/2 c. brown sugar
Mix all ingredients together and pour over water chestnut and bacon wraps and bake 20 more minutes.
*The water chestnuts and bacon are great even without the sauce!
