Mock Devonshire Cream
1/2 c. heavy whipping cream 2 tbsp. powdered sugar 1/2 c. sour cream
Beat the heavy whipping cream for 2 minutes in a small bowl. Add powdered sugar and continue beating until stiff.
Put the sour cream in a bowl and stir in a small amount of the whipped cream. Fold in the remaining whipped cream, cover and refrigerate.
Serve with warm scones.
