Funny question right? But think about it how often do you come in and go out of your house and neglect to even look at your roof. With all this winter weather we've been having on the shore I thought I'd remind all you homeowners to check on those roofs to make sure the are in tip top shape. For obvious reasons you want to inspect your roof at least twice a year. I recommend at the end of the winter when the weather begins to get tolerable and in the late Fall as the area is pulling in the boats and hunkering down for the winter. Also, if you are thinking about selling your home keeping your roof in good condition is a huge bonus in differentiating your house.
