Save the date: Community Health Fair, April 2!
HomePorts is hosting a Community Health Fair & Workshop on Thursday, April 2, from 8am - 1pm at the Kent County Middle School in Chestertown. The health fair is free and open to all community members!
The fair will include:
Exhibitors offering educational information about health, safety and wellness issues
Free health screenings and assessments
Information and displays about local, state, and national health services and resources
A two-hour interactive workshop titled "Your Plan for Living the Good Life" will also be offered ($35). Participants will prepare a personalized plan for successful aging, led by an expert on Master Aging Plans.
