This is the easiest and fastest cheesecake I've ever made!
Pudding Cheesecakes
1 (3.4 oz) box of vanilla instant pudding
1 (8 oz.) Pkg. Cream cheese, softened
2 c. Milk
Mix pudding with milk according to the directions on the box. With a mixer combine the softened cream cheese. Mix well. Pour into individual custard cups and refrigerate until firm(about 4 hours).
*I like to top them with our favorite pie filling.
**I always double this recipe.
***Also if you want a different flavor cheesecake try chocolate, pumpkin or lemon pudding.
