America’s VetDogs® (www.VetDogs.org), a non-profit that provides specially trained guide and service dogs free of charge to disabled veterans, is excited to host its Fifth Annual Annapolis/Kent Island Run & Dog Walk (race4vets.Vetdogs.org). The event takes place at Kent Island High School in Stevensville, Maryland on Sunday, April 19, 2015. Proceeds will benefit the VetDogs assistance dog program.
Participants can take part in an officially measured 5K or 10K run or a 2-mile walk on the beautiful Cross-Island Trail, beginning and ending at Kent Island High School. The event is pet friendly, but dogs must be leashed.
