I like to cook with fresh herbs but don't always have them so I always have dry ones on hand. Dried herbs are stronger than fresh so you don't need as much and they last longer. Dried herbs are only good for 6 months after they are opened and the taste may begin to change. This year I am doing my own herb garden which is starting in tiny pots inside. I'm hoping this way I will always have fresh herbs on hand. So do you like to cook with fresh or dried herbs better? Also, if you are growing your own which ones are you planting?
