Division One Fitness Yoga now at Camp Wright on rte 8 6:30 to 7:30 pm every Monday and Wednesday.
Our instructor Carley will lead you in Vinyasa flow classes that link breath to movement. These dynamic sequences increase strength and flexibility while developing a moving meditation, where students focus on breath and monitoring the alignment of every movement. Every level of class incorporates a range of Asanas, such as standing poses and inversions. Through out the class Carley will maintain a warm encouraging environment by offering advice and specific adjustments to help personalize the flow to each student.
