4 tbsp gelatin (not flavored) 1 cup very cold fruit 3 cups boiling water 2 tbsp honey or sugar
Sprinkle gelatin over very cold fruit. Set aside for 1 minute. Pour hot juice over fruit and gelatin. Stir until it dissolves. Add sugar or honey. Pour into 9 x 13 pan. Refrigerate until set. Cut into shapes or squares and enjoy!
