The Big Game
Not too long ago many of us made a New Year’s resolution to eat better and to lose weight. This can be problematic on Super Bowl Sunday when you see popular dishes like nachos, hot dogs, dips, sausages, etc. My advice would be to offer some low calorie alternatives for your guests that are counting calories. Try using ground turkey instead of ground beef, offer a veggie tray with low calorie dip, soft pretzels bites with mustard dip or grilled chicken wings instead of fried. Also, make sure to have plenty of bottled water as an alternative to soda and beer.
